Can someone give me the approximate cost of converting an old school bus to an RV?
I want to convert an old school diesel buses to an RV. I found that many vehicles Fit the bill on ebay, and some other places. I think I'll pay $ 1000-3000 for the vehicle itself. I was wondering if anyone has done this before, or knows someone who might be able to give me the approximate cost. I want to mount solar panels on the roof. I will do most work myself and have people to help me, I'm not paying someone for the job. I want to put in a sink, toilet and shower (and all necessary equipment such as water tank and heating, etc.), build in some bunk beds and put in a propane heater and stove, refrigerator and so on. I found different information on different Web sites ranging from 10,000 to about 40,000. So I want all necessaries, the idea is to do it as economically as possible. If someone could give me a narrower range, it would be greatly appreciated.
Who can say? There are too many scenarios. Things are generally more expensive when comes time to do the job. Maybe you should consider another path.
